About the event
The sturgeon moon is about the practice of gratitude and seasonal abundance.
This circle will be approximately 2 hours long and consists of a guided meditation, a somatic movement practice, and cirlce share where women can choose to share whats on their hearts or just listen to others share.
Bringing a snack to share is warmly welcomed.
A seasonl beverage will be provided.
